What a shame from a phone representative that didn’t want to help my mom book an appointment. Cook county really needs to put their sh*t together because this isn’t the first time it happens. Yall need to hire people who are willing to help our people. It’s out of hand how it’s our own race belittling our people just because they’re undocumented. Yall need to do better ! I’m sick of all the entitlement !
Well if you’re trying to call and set up an appointment early in the morning (1-2 hrs after opening) don’t get on the wrong side with the receptionist. I understand it’s early in the morning but really have a better tone with speaking to patients regarding appointment availability even if it’s a simple question. Just this one time it occurs, out of the multiple times I’ve called to come for visits through the year.
Negligent and harmful documentation practices. They put that I live in a group home when I do not nor have I ever. I am at greater risk of being institutionalized. They do not care.
I called in about being seen the same day for care regarding an issue and was hung-up on. Highly unprofessional and rude.
Staff over the phone (a younger girl) supper supper rude over the phone (once asked her name to report her she hanged up).
