Incompetent medical staff more worried about their own interests than patient care. Physicians who cannot be patient advocates shouldn’t be practicing medicine. I would recommend going elsewhere.
I called to inquire about scheduling a care visit and the receptionist was extremely rude. Before I could even ask a single question, she hung up on me. Any chance of me scheduling a visit here is out the window.
Do not go here. Front desk ladies are rude. I am also writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit with Dr. Araceli Andablo. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, as I felt she was rude and did not fully listen to my concerns. THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!! Just by starting with the Latina/Spanic lady with an ugly face and attitude , she doesn’t know how to do her job or what documents you can take, literally you go to the Illinois WIC department pages and tells you what to documents to take, you get there and they swear you can’t use these type of documentation as much as you show them. Un trato horrible, en el momento en el que hablas español te tratan como basura, las señoras te atienden muy feo y te miran feo también. Le negaron acceso a la clínica a mi niño porque no está inscrito en la misma y tampoco quisieron inscribirlo.
