Do not go here. Front desk ladies are rude. I am also writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit with Dr. Araceli Andablo. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, as I felt she was rude and did not fully listen to my concerns. I explained that I keep getting a recurring infection on my forehead and that I have already been seen at urgent care and by a dermatologist, but we have not been able to identify the underlying cause. THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!! Just by starting with the Latina/Spanic lady with an ugly face and attitude , she doesn’t know how to do her job or what documents you can take, literally you go to the Illinois WIC department pages and tells you what to documents to take, you get there and they swear you can’t use these type of documentation as much as you show them. Un trato horrible, en el momento en el que hablas español te tratan como basura, las señoras te atienden muy feo y te miran feo también. Le negaron acceso a la clínica a mi niño porque no está inscrito en la misma y tampoco quisieron inscribirlo. Me dieron un trato muy racista, llamé por teléfono para hablar con algún superior y me colgaron el teléfono, llamé nuevamente y me salió una señora que dice que ellos no tienen responsabilidad de nada y que yo tengo que llamar a mi seguro para inscribir su clínica en mi seguro para ... read more
Horrible place they hide some places appointment and I checked from other places .... they don't care and sent u for treatment after 1 month to 2 months even u have emergency treatment ... the government and federal throw tons of money to make health care better this things better but I don't think ...they need some inspection periodically I feel disappointed because I don't have other choices to go other places .... go to private clinics better if u have insurance.... good luck for everyone
