For an Environmental protection spot and Waste Water Treatment plant it is dirty. Just go walk by the area and you will see by your own eyes. It's not maintained well. In the ground you have dead leaves everywhere mixed with mud and soil. There are bad plants that should be removed and passing by those plants it smells atrocious. If you care about the environment, clean it !
