I've done this review in the past and ill continue because nothing got resolved. We had correspondence with the company thru email and they just kept passing the buck. Lots of damage from mice. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU VALUE YOUR FURNITURE! Anything that could be ruined was! And they did nothing about it!
The personnel were always organized and responsive. Facility appears clean and well-maintained. I used them to store my things as I prepared to sell my house and had no problems.
The people were very helpful and efficient. The storage facility was clean and easy access
