The 603 team was amazingly responsive and helpful!
I wish I could do 0 stars instead of 1. Everything was covered in mice poop, anything they could tear through they did, and the company has terrible customer service. They changed my gate password without telling me and are never available to answer calls if you need help. They also told me to just use my insurance and gave no help when I complained about the mouse damage. I've done this review in the past and ill continue because nothing got resolved. We had correspondence with the company thru email and they just kept passing the buck. Lots of damage from mice. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU VALUE YOUR FURNITURE! Anything that could be ruined was! And they did nothing about it!
The personnel were always organized and responsive. Facility appears clean and well-maintained. I used them to store my things as I prepared to sell my house and had no problems.
