I was a client 3 years ago and have just started going back, I have a new therapist and even on my first appointment she forgot what time we scheduled then my second appointment she called to inform me that our next appointment time was 9:30am and it was not scheduled for that time. I am very forgetful so as soon as I have anything scheduled I put it in my Google calendar. Mental illness is a human understanding based solely on science if you want to win recognize the war isn’t over and you gotta fight a spiritual battle, people get diagnosed and are mislead to treating a problem instead of curing it
Very caring stuff from receptionist to Dr and Nurse. On my first appointment Dr David offer me support for all my problems and health and miss Kelly a very devoted young nurse took over and was so kind and caring to find a right health insurance for me and primary dr bc my insurance was about to expired the next day and she was very concerned about my blood pressure being so elevated, she was checking on me the next day to see how I'm doing and if stabilized. Thank you miss Kelly !
