Very disappointing experience! Especially for a family dealing with dementia! I recently hired this home care company to care for my father, who has vascular dementia. I was contacted by the company because the caregivers were uncomfortable with language my father used while in her care. North River has been so responsive with my parents' care, fine tuning services as needed, and being flexible with changing needs. All of the aides have been kind and caring, especially Kelsey, who has built a strong rapport with my dad -- so grateful to be able to rely on her!
