Even though it was chair yoga, still a good workout with lots of movement with the chair as helper...good class!
Best massage place around. Lifting weights all the time, you need to have your muscles taken care of. Always a pleasant experience. Clean and comfortable setting.
I had the best massage I have ever had in my life! I had knots upon knots. I felt great when I walked out. This was my first visit and I made an appointment for a second visit. I would recommend a massage by Laura to anyone!
