It took until I was 40 to start taking care of "me" North River is fabulous and Sandy is awesome! A new routine for me - massages every few weeks. :-)
Just like the sign in the parking spaces, "relax, you're here." Your mind and body will feel it the minute you walk in the door, ahhhhh, "me time." "To talk or not to talk, that is the question." I swear Nicole's therapists are exactly that, therapists, mind, body and soul. My second home. :-)
