I have been trying to accomplish a simple task (update insurance policy). North Risk Partners has been dragging this on for months. They have severe issues with promptness and clarity of communication.
Hail damage on roof-claim submitted Carol H did a great job of following and making sure claim was processed quickly and helped move things along Roof was completed yesterday and completely satisfied with both contractor and North Risk Glad to have them as my insurance provider
Ryan Larson at North Risk was super helpful, thorough and attentive while helping us quote a better insurance bundle for auto/home! He even helped walk us through a little hiccup after the switch which felt like an added bonus. Was a pretty smooth process altogether :)
