Run away from this company, horrible customer service. It takes an unacceptable amount of time to get a response from your agent and then when you do get a response you're told that you no longer have the same agent. Snarky responses and rude comments from my agent was enough to switch companies. I'd give 0 stars but that wasn't an option

I was with north risk (used to be CO brown) for 15 years. My background: I am a young adult and was not that knowledgeable or savvy about insurance. I think north risk can do so much better to service their clients. I recently learned they do not partner with ALL of the insurance companies, which I did not know. They would have been fine having me continue paying an outrageous amount for car insurance, but when I went out on my own and got a quote from farmers (who they don’t partner with), I was able to find a policy on my ... read more

We have worked with Joe Knoepke and his team at the Rochester Branch for 3 years now. They are precise, current and thorough wether that be audit reviews, communicating deadlines or reviewing policy changes as they come. They don’t hesitate to add an additional insured or get you a cert of insurance and do it in a timely manner. Called them for a quote and was told that I should just get a quote from progressive instead.
