just bought my bike and everyone was so helpful, having Pam help me shop was helpful because she truly knows the differnce in mens & womens cycling products, but all the guys there, from Michale's help picking out my gear & teaching me about bikes to talking with Chris about getting fitted just perectly, to Tyler finding the bike I wanted at another store & geting it shipped here ASAP, grateful to have been introduced to such a geat place toget me started in bycycling. thanks to you all~!~ see ya on the road~!~ jo jo Laorett... read more

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, great prices and they're not going to try to sell you stuff you don't need. I've had my bike worked on many times here and they ALWAYS have it done when they say they'll have it done (or sooner). This place is locally owned and operated.
North Rim has excellent employees who know what they're doing. They are EXTREMELY accommodating, especially in a college town where bikes are a large commodity. Best bike shop in town, by far. And they were super fast in repairing my bike, even after I was rude enough to bring it in 30 minutes before closing. (I just wanted a quote, totally didn't expect them to actually perform the labor)
Awesome shop with great helpful staff. If you like bikes it's a grown ups toy store!
