Had my forks taken apart and now my tire won't stay straight with my handlebars anymore. Was also sold a tube that had a pre cut slice down the inside middle that goes against my rim. So when I got to the end of the upper park trail it popped, forcing me to walk 6 miles back to the parking lot. Not impressed with the work done on my bike and will not be coming back for anymore work on my bike even though I bought it here. SMH...
Just took delivery on a new Emonda frame and wheels from North Rim. The bike was built up by moving drivetrains around on some of my other bikes. The crew at North Rim did a great job helping me select the frame and moving the components. Came out looking very clean. My thanks to North Rim.

Got an amazing bike fit from Mike Cordova. Found out that I’ve been riding in an inefficient position for the last eight years. He put me into a new bike and Tyler made it very reasonable. So comfortable on the road now. Suffered too long in ignorance. Highly highly recommend getting a fit for people who want to cycle regularly. Mike is the man.
