I expected compassion and professionalism — especially since Dr. Fulton delivered my daughter just six weeks ago — but instead, I was met with some of the rudest and most dismissive front-desk behavior I’ve ever experienced in a medical setting. The person I spoke to on the phone had zero people skills, no empathy, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. So thankful to not only have a family doctor but also because Dr Fulton is so attentive and thorough.
Dr. Moss has been great, However, leaving a patient 3 years in limbo with a torn wrist ligament is a little ridiculous. Did not call to say my referrals were denied and takes forever to get a hold of her to get a new referral. Really sucks for those who would like to get back to work and earn a living. VERY disappointed in our health care system.
Dr.Tanya Fulton is honestly the best dr I have had. Very knowledgeable and direct, has helped me tremendously. I appreciate her so much! 5 stars is not enough for her. I’m blessed!
