North Ridge has been an incredible company throughout my home-buying experience. The sales team, customer care, construction team, and warranty team have been friendly, informative, and awesome to communicate with (Brad/Brock/Nick). Jeff and Murray (Warranty Team) did my 30-day inspection a few weeks back and showed me everything I need to know in terms of seasonal maintenance.
We purchased a North Ridge home in Lake Vista and I will say I am impressed. From John who is constantly at the show home from the start of our house shopping. To Trish our salesperson who made the whole process so easy and simple and catering to our needs. To Mark and Tyler making sure we got a proper walk through and after sale care. And all the other North Ridge staff who we’ve met who are all friendly and helpful. I can’t thank North Ridge enough. We will definitely recommend our close family and friends!
My son purchased a townhouse in Brighton recently and I have personally met some of your staff, in particular the warranty guys. They really are thorough and amazing! Murray and Brent were so friendly and efficient and Jeff, the warranty manager, checked in for the 30 day inspection and went above and beyond. I needed a ride as my vehicle was being repaired and he gave me a ride to Martensville which was really appreciated. I would highly recommend Northridge! They are a top notch builder!
We purchased our home in Brighton with Northridge a year ago and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we signed the papers, we felt taken care of.
