I moved back to MA 6 months ago with my two large dogs and had to find a new vet. I was recommended by a friend to north readings veterinary clinic and could not be more happy. Everyone I have encountered there is super friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing with my dogs. When one of my dogs cut his paw and had to get stitches they were able to see him immediately and followed up with me to make sure he was doing well. The staff here is amazing! I was puppysitting a 2 month old puppy and she was unexpectedly very sick, Dr. Cox and staff brought her back to life and called everyday for a few days to check on her! Their compassion for animals and their understanding of the emotional humans (me for sure!) is amazing. Someday when I get a fur baby of my own they will be my #1 choice, thank you ,thank you for your care �
I have never had an issue with Dr. Cox or his staff. They are very comforting when you have to face dreadful decisions. On New Year's Eve day, my pup, Dexter, suffered a heart attack. My husband and I called our vet and they saw us right away. Our baby had to be sent to Rainbow Bridge that day. The sympathy card we received from Dr. Cox and his staff was handwritten with a lot of emotion put into the words he wrote. My pup was handled with care and brought back to us after his cremation. I love this place.
The quality of service here is above and beyond! The staff and doctors are amazing, friendly and so helpful whenever we call or have a visit. We will never go anywhere else with our animals, highly recommended!!!
It happened that in 2016 we had to say goodbye to both of our big dogs (6 months apart) and our 18 year old indoor cat. It was a very hard year. I am grateful for all of the Doctors and staff at NRVC who handled this with big hearts and lots of understanding and obvious caring for Huck, Maya, and Gizmo as well as the rest of my family. I highly recommend this practice and will continue with them for as long as I have animals.
