Very good family doctor. We have been seeing Dr Ordonez for many years.
There isnt enough praise I could give Dr. Ordonez that would adequately express my gratitude and gratefulness. He’s friendly, honest and takes all concerns seriously. Dr. Ordonez is the most pro-active doctor I’ve ever had and I’m grateful, when necessary he’ll get you to the right Specialist.
Dr. Kim was great with our kids (before deciding to stop seeing pediatric patients). But 3 separate bad experiences with office staff with both me and my spouse ruined it for us: poor communication, lack of professionalism, lack of customer service, and impatient/condescending attitude sometimes. In process of moving kids to Reading Pediatric Associates, and office staff there are much better so far.
I've had a great experience here. I have seen both Dr. Ordonez and Dr. Pillai and like them both. They even worked in my husband for a sick appointment before he became a regular client of theirs.
Poor!!!!
