I've had a great experience with Heather Lee as my psychiatrist. I didn't like the therapists though.

I'm not sure how anyone actually get past the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism to actually book an appointment.

This place is a very poor excuse for a behavioral health place. I had been seeing a Peer Counselor for while until she stormed into my house accusing me of not liking her, and telling me she could not be friends. Well I understood the friendship part, but I did like.her I was,fond of her. We went out to lunch a few times, and she had to have a drink each time. I call the crisis line to get some help for my mother who is in a manic stage. I was told she would have to come in and sign a consent form order for me to talk to her case manager, or for them to even tell me if she is a patient there. Which a mental patient won't do. So I can't even her help unless she says it's ok. Wow way to to crisis line
