A patient with Dr Snow close to 2 decades. My problem is with the front office manager/ billing person/Candace. I still haven’t received statements showing the past due charges, yet it was sent to collections. Candace put on the bill in the comments “RIP boiling water You will be mist” thinking suicide or thinking she is threatening to kill me. I almost took it to the police, but I call Dr Snow. Quick schedule, organized, friendly. Front desk ladies are nice and friendly. Dr.Hebishi is professional, passionate, listens to me and helped me with my issue.
Dr. Hebishi makes us feel respected and valued. She explains how important our input is. She listens to us and is curious about our strengths. Strengths that she wants to protect and explore alternatives to do it. She won our trust; we have been under her care for four years. We do not miss her appointments. We kindly request a prescription on paper for our convenience, but she can do it electronically. I hope that this helps you during this challenging time.
Dr.Hebishi & the staff go above and beyond to meet the patients needs. It’s one of the few places I can actually call and have a problem solved in a timely manner! I Highly recommend them for those in need of their services!
