Richard was friendly and helpful. He came out the next day to give me an estimate for replacing mynblue.poly mainlime since it was leaking. His team and he came out when scheduled. The ground was extremely wet from the leak and days of rain but they did not rip up my yard even dealling with numerous roots and other lines that had not been marked. The cost was still what Richard told me it would be. Great work and a good man. Will recomend him to anyone who needa a plumber.

I recently contacted Richard McMinis of North Raleigh Plumbing to install a gas line, and his professionalism was outstanding. Upon reviewing my property, Richard politely informed me that I didn’t actually have a gas line available. Despite this, he was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain the situation clearly and offer alternative solutions. I have been a customer for nine years and they have taken care of the plumbing issues with excellence. Most recently I had a leak at my water pump heating unit and Richard came out on Saturday in the rain and worked diligently to solve the problem, for which I was most grateful.
North Raleigh Plumbing installed a water heater for us on September 2022. The water heater is still under warranty for labor and parts, but when we called them to fix it, they said they did not have time to take this job. Absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional attitude. BEWARE, they will not stand by their installation.
