My younger son Jack could not stop commenting on how nice the dentist was. (I believe he was referring to the hygienist) If we could have her next visit I'm sure he would be thrilled! Anyone that he sees in the office is a dentist to him. Even though this is not a "pediatric" dentist's office, everyone in the office is very nice to the kids. Dr. Martin has three kids of her own so she can totally relate to kids of many ages.

The customer services here is excellent. The hygenists, assistants and Dr. Sugg have really been kind, friendly, and make you feel at ease. They have even helped me when I needed an emergency appointment due to a major toothache. The cost was a little expensive, but typical of all dentists and they are willing to work on a payment plan if you need that's what you need. Definitely would recommend it to those who hesitate and hate going to the dentist.

Everything about my experience at Village Dental was excellent. My call was answered by Joi, in a friendly and very professional way. When I arrived everyone was warm and welcoming. Jean did my x-rays and initial exam. She couldn't have been more amazing. She was very understanding and knowledgeable about my dental issues. Dr. Sugg was also very warm and extremely skilled. Dr. Martin was able to see me for an urgent visit today after I chipped a crown and was leaving on vacation. She filled the chip painlessly and gave me a couple of years more with the current crown. She and her staff are professional and caring.

It was my first visit and I was extremely empressed with everyone.The front desk personel were very friendly and helpful.The dentist and assistances were very knowledgable.They presented a personalized program of treatment. They were willing to take as much time as I need to answer any questions.Great job!
