Had another great experience at Village Dental/Six Forks. Caroline was sweet as always and even managed to point out that my insurance now covers fluoride, so I was able to have that applied. Just another occurrence that shows me they actually care at Village Dental. Thanks again.
I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the Staff at Village Dental.
Today I went in to have a cavity removed. Office staff and doctors were very friendly and explained everything that they would be doing in detail, always answering any questions or concerns. They were always concerned about my comfort and how I was doing. They carefully explained any discomforts I may have and what to do if I did experience any, and gave good and clear instructions on my care when I got home. Very pleased with today's visit.
She was so nice and had some very good advice on how to keep from gaging during my impressions. I have actually requested her for my next appointment and I pray she will continue to be part of The Village Dental Team.

Excellent experience! Scheduled appointment was right on time. Hygienist was highly qualified with many years of experience, very pleasant to converse with, and completed the exam and cleaning proficiently. The dentist performed an exam and review noting a couple of conditions to be monitored. Overall an excellent visit.
I have never had a bad experience here...... and I can say that the dentist is the last place I would choose to be!
