Had major work done and was under IV sedation. Very pleased w staff and results. No pain during or after. As constructive criticism. I was surprised to see that you ran my credit card for the entire bill ($5066) on January 4th when the procedure wasn't until Monday, January 11. (It appeared on statement closing January 7). That was a week early and I thought it would be run the day services were rendered. While under sedation, I was asked if I wanted gold or porcelain. Everyone did all they could to make me comfortable. It was a long procedure, but my comfort was always foremost in the mind of everyone. Since my daughter was waiting on me, I would like to have someone give her an update on how much longer I would be. Thanks!

I was so nervous when I walked in because I have had bad experiences with other dental offices, but everyone was so nice. It means a lot to me that I have found a place where I feel welcome and not judged. They made me very comfortable and told me everything they were doing during my treatment. They even called me after I got home to see how I was doing.
I just had my teeth cleaned and it went very well. I used the nitrous oxide and had an oral cancer check by the dentist.
The staff at Village Dental work as a well-oiled machine!!! They are all knowledgeable and professional. I am looking forward to my dental care now!!!

The dental assistant , Alex, was the most friendly , knowledgeable , and helpful assistant I have ever experienced . Dr. Patel was just as friendly and knowledgeable ... I took my young daughter and was very impressed with everything !!! They both explained all options clearly and made sure I understood . They were very attentive to the fact that the patient was a child ! SUPER !!!
