I called to schedule an appointment, and the experience was awful. The receptionist sounded miserable, clearly hated her job, and made no effort to be helpful. She kept putting me on hold without saying anything and seemed annoyed I was even calling. Then I was told the first available appointment was three months out. If you're that booked, maybe it's time to hire more providers or rethink how you’re running the practice. This is poor management, and I’m taking my business elsewhere. Completely unnecessary and frustrating.
Erica that works at office was so kind and helpful.Erica sure to advise when office became back in network with my insurance she even contacted me personally to set up my return appointment .Erica is awesome and has over and beyond customer service manners more offices need staff like her that are willing to go the extra mile for long time patients
Dr Emit Patel diagnosed me with Hyperthyroidism with toxic adenoma and says NO treatment! Not to mention it takes 3 months to see him! I profusely sweat, lost 60% of my hair, anxiety through the roof, exhausted all of the time and the list goes on and on! No help at all!
