Dr. Patel and the lab techs are great. My first appointment was back in June after being scheduled 6 months prior (December.) found out I needed to start a new medication in July, a month after my visit. "You were supposed to start a month ago but you didn't have a voicemail box set up." To quote a receptionist (I never received any calls from them after my initial appointment.) Receptionists here are rude and whether in person or on the phone, act like they cannot be bothered. I had a missed call from the office and went to... read more

TLDR: Every interaction I've had with this office has been frustrating and disappointing. If you already know what’s wrong with you and all you need is a place to fill your prescriptions, then this practice is right for you. But if you want any care beyond that, go somewhere else. Here’s the ridiculously long recap of my experiences, in case you want the tea: A) INSULIN PUMP: I’ve been trying to get an insulin pump through this practice for over a year. I’ve been met with dismissal and complete confusion on their part. I don... read more

I was seen at this office. First, I did not get an appointment until 4 months after my initial need for it. When I saw the doctor, he wasn't rude, but he didn't seem very involved in what I was saying. I waited 4 months for my appointment, which lasted maybe 30 minutes from the time I got to the office to the time I left. I needed a doctor's note for my absence from work. When I left the office, the receptionists were gone. When I tried to call back, no one answered, and then when I was able to get someone on the phone, to a... read more

Dr. Patel is great and really cares about his patients. I love that I found him as my doctor. But who outshines any customer service I’ve ever had is Erica who works at the front desk. She went the extra mile and then some to help my billing of over paying get situated. Not only that every time I come in to see her she is always so nice and portrays professionalism and that she cares. She is the reason my review went from 4 stars to 5.

I'm a 8-10 year patient. An Endocrinologist should be familiar with Medtronic Insulin Pumps and recent medical advancements. This practice is not. Dr Patel gets 4 1/2 stars otherwise as a physician. His PA's get 2 stars. Dr Patel is very easy to talk to and very helpful to new patients. Mike
