I was so very, very nervous about my first appointment. I was actually so nervous days prior. I arrived and everyone greeted me and seemed genuinely kind, understanding and patient. Dr. Smith was beyond gentle, kind, so intelligent, answered all my questions and understanding. Carmen was super great and patient Thank you to the entire office
