Me and My wife lived there for a year. Paid our rent on time, and cleaned the apartment cleaner than the condition they gave it to us. After four phone calls and two visits they finally processed our return of deposit. This was four months after we moved out. Then they charged a cleaning fee and carpet cleaning fee that was not in the original lease. I would not recommend living there. Poor management.
Yes, Jason T, I was evicted because I called Sherwood Code Enforcement to get management to clean up the mold in my shower! They got mad and evicted me, but it was worth it. Now, I live in NICE Apts with No mold, and no 'fugitive' neighbors living downstairs. Mold free and Drama free!
I have lived at North Quarter two different times and always had great maintenance and office team. It is a great property and quiet, with no problems.
Do not live here! Even if you're a good tenant and always pay on time, fulfill your lease and notify in writing you're out, and clean the apartment you will NOT get your deposit back. Then you will get a call from a collection agency over a year later telling you that you skipped out on your lease and owe them hundreds of dollars and threaten to put it on your credit. It is 50 days since I moved out and I have not received my security deposit refund or any correspondence from NQP. Phone calls are not returned and phones are always on the answering service.
