Office worker are very bad, slow, CVS keep sending my medicine for refills for weeks and no one actin the office!👎👎👎👎 10 am appointment, got here 10 minutes early, sat out side 40 minutes before ket me in the checking room. It's 10:50 and no nurse with my file yet, forget the Doctor! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Well, not ALWAYS open :/ Not open on the Fourth of July, even though the listing on google says they are open, and even though it lists holiday hours from 8 am- 4 pm. I was on hold with the answering service for 15 minutes while they, who believed NPUC to be open, called all the personnel she could think of, only to come to the conclusion that the urgent care was closed. I went there when I fell on a guardrail and cut open my shin. It was a deep cut, and was infected. They didn’t give me a x-ray, they just gave me a tetanus shot bandaged it up and sent me on my way. About a year later I was in the hospital because I had two blood clots (pulmonary embolism) one on my left lung an one on my right lung. I was hacking up phlegm with blood in it. Turns out it was a DVT Deep Vein Thrombosis. They kept me in the hospital for 3 days, put me on a blood thinner then sent me on my way. If This urgent c... read more
Recommendedquickly in and out nice place
I absolutely love this place! While I would prefer not to have to go to an urgent at all, I will not go anywhere expect here. My son had an major anaphylactic reaction last Oct to peanuts and he was treated with urgency and respect. The doctor called the next day to check on him. We received excellent care from all and I totally recommend this facility. I was rear ended today and in such pain. I was treated promptly by staff. Can't say enough about this site.

Walked in today showing all the signs and symptoms of very bad pneumonia but was turned away solely because I didn’t have 120 dollars to just get a foot in the door. Border line unethical.
Never coming here again. We waited in the filthy waiting area for 2 hours and then when we finally get into a room we were told the doctor would be in to see my daughter in one minute.... we’ve been here waiting in this room 20 minutes still nothing.
The receptionist at the desk is very IGNORANT! My son needs to be seen and we have been waiting for an hour an a half so she can do paper work! She definitely should not be working with the public!
