I was informed that the owner was selling the house and that i could stay on a month to month for an extra $50 a month and I had to let them in to show the house that would have been fine and all but where would I send my kids when they show the house see I am a foster provider so there is no where else for these children to go. I asked them if I move out early if they would prorate my last month they told me no. So now I have to sit here and try to find a house as fast as possible. And get screwed out of whatever money. I’ve worked with their team on multiple projects and have consistently received prompt, accurate information every time. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with—always a solid experience.
One thing I appreciated about this company is that they were always responsive when I had questions. That hasn’t always been the case with other property management companies in my experience. I had all the information I needed, and I thought the terms were reasonable.
Please steer clear from this company. Their lease agreements are very twisted and unfair to the tenants.
The owner of the property spied on us day and night and my children became afraid to go outside. The most unfeeling, uncaring people we have EVER dealt with. Do NOT recommend working through these people. And the owner? As was said...almost scary.
