One thing I appreciated about this company is that they were always responsive when I had questions. That hasn’t always been the case with other property management companies in my experience. I had all the information I needed, and I thought the terms were reasonable.
Please steer clear from this company. Their lease agreements are very twisted and unfair to the tenants.
The owner of the property spied on us day and night and my children became afraid to go outside. The most unfeeling, uncaring people we have EVER dealt with. Do NOT recommend working through these people. And the owner? As was said...almost scary.
A very predatory and greedy management company. Took over my unit after living there for 2 1/2 years, with a great owner, lease, and rent. They raised the rent $200 almost immediately after taking over with plans to get it up $200 more before I left. Threw in a clause to rob us of $500 of our security deposit (over half) to cover normal wear and tear, claiming it’s standard practice. We were model tenants and took great care of the place and got shafted anyway. Stay clear of North.
This company is AMAZING! We were really worried about having a rental property but they came in, put us at ease and took over all the stress. I hardly think twice about the rental because they handle everything. The entire process from start to ... currently using has been seamless, especially with Mike. He's always quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. I can't recommend these guys (and gals) enough!
