Lack of communication between vets and their team. Why is my presription that the vet assigned to me half a year ago not confirmed on pets chart? Im having to deal with delays on my refills due to this and their recent disconnect using Chewy to fulfill scripts. Sick of the monopoly these clinics hold over pet parents.
