I don't live there only visited. Apartments seem ok. Can't comment on pricing or maintenance though. Parking lot seems adequately lit. However walking from lot between building is not very lighted and could be sketchy. But the area as clean and no trip hazards or trash around the parking lot or grounds. Again this is from a visitors perspective.
I love living here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The townhouses were just remodeled and are very nice.
