Terrible new office management. Every month they want access to your apt from 9am to 4pm, for inspection, smoke alarms anything. Now it's pest control (for complex), which you can't go back for 4hrs, after they are done, any time from 9am to 4pm. Very inconvenient. Kids can't go home after school, do homework etc. The outside company? They hired, didn't even leave a note on what if anything they did, just left all lights on and poked around. I don't live there only visited. Apartments seem ok. Can't comment on pricing or maintenance though. Parking lot seems adequately lit. However walking from lot between building is not very lighted and could be sketchy. But the area as clean and no trip hazards or trash around the parking lot or grounds. Again this is from a visitors perspective.
I love living here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The townhouses were just remodeled and are very nice.
