Horrible service! The IVR AI sumystem is dysfunctional! It blocks connection to the office personnel. This realization made through several gaps of many minutes of dead silence, then repeating, "HOW may I help you?" as if I just called in! Many of us have only precious minutes to connect. This is a failure all around Poor system performance!
Attorney Travis Kemp was fantastic to work with! He was personable, attentive, and truly put the needs of my patient first. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney who genuinely cares about his clients.
