A few months ago, I went to North Port Foot & Ankle! I was having a really difficult time trying to heal both my feet, from Achilles Tendonitis. I tried my regular doctor and I could still could hardly walk on my feet without severe pain! No matter what he did. I saw an advertisement for North Port Foot and Ankle. Very unprofessional, I should have only paid a co-pay but was told the visit had to be paid upfront. Then after my insurance paid them as well was then told I could not be reimbursed for 3 months. When I talked to Brittany she was very rude and said she was short staffed and didn't have time to deal with this.She also never would return any calls. I was not impressed with the Dr. either. Plenty of other places more caring would go elsewhere.
I was so dismayed at the extensive exam I received on my left foot which I was having an issue with. They didn't just check out my problem, they did an exam on both of my feet, taking measurements and recording them in my file. They diagnosed the problem in my foot and gave me the necessary information for the diagnosis and different options for treatment. And lastly, the customer service of the office and assistant staff was excellent. Thank you for the care you take with your patients!
