Dealing with my first warranty issue, and just look at the response I received from these people. I have to wait until 10–11 PM for my house to finally go below 73 degrees. I even sent him another screenshot based on his own logic. Apparently, this is considered normal. Stay away from this builder. So far, their warranty service has not been what I expected it to be. Beautiful facility and a fantastic interaction with the rep, Cecil Sapp. Encyclopedic knowledge of all the amenities and options but never once overwhelmed us with info. He apparently has an extensive mortgage background as well. We considered multiple financing scenarios and he had answers before we could get to the calculator function on our phones!
We started this home-building journey with Maronda Homes back in April, and somehow, after all the waiting, questions, updates, inspections, blue tape, and MANY messages from me … WE ARE HOME! I cannot say enough good things about our sales guy, Todd. His communication, patience, and willingness to answer approximately 847 questions and 397 phone calls from me throughout this process was truly a Godsend! I had a great experience with Cecil. He was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable and answered all my endless questions with a smile on his face. 10/10 would recommend!
Came in just to ask questions in October and met Todd, since the beginning of this process he has been upfront and reassuring. What turned out of wanting to ask questions ended with me getting a house. Very thankful that Todd was our agent and Jeff as well!
