The warranty on our Maronda house was active for one year. We hired a private inspector to evaluate the house and advise of any needed repairs. We passed the issues in the inspection report on to Maronda. There’s a host of issues involving cosmetic repairs, cracks in the walls, etc. The most concerning issue involves the well. The well cannot be turned off or on at the electrical panel. We submitted multiple service requests through Maronda’s customer portal. So disappointed. Our house is 4 years old. We bought it when it was two years old and have had problems on top of problems. Constant problems with appliances, our AC blew $2k fix, our water treatment system blew $5k fix and we were told by multiple well companies that a used system was placed in our home as our system hasn’t even been available for the amount of years it is old, grout is completely gone in our upgraded shower, septic that was placed was for a 3 bedroom home not a 4 bedroom home.
