Yes got my truck back today. Hurricane messed up my paint. Very happy. Excellent job. He fixed my foggy head lights too. They look brand new.
I have used Russ for several years at Northport Auto body. I have never had any issues. Russ has always been extremely helpful down-to-earth with whatever work my vehicle on my wife's vehicle has needed. After dealing with body shops broken promises, I will be stopping there tomorrow to discuss the needs of my truck and my wife's Jeep with Russ. He is always done a superior job.
Very rude. I asked for a walk in estimate and to prove points of measurement for specific areas that the insurance company was asking for. He said that he's never heard of that. When I was trying to explain, he told me that "he wasn't all about that" and hung up on me. 1/23/23 Reply to your reply. Your reply goes to show the poor character of you and your business.
