Went to the store and Ty the office manager helped me to order parts for my washer. When the parts came in, Eddie the owner, came to my house and fixed my washer! Easy, affordable, and timely. No BS. This definitely the way to go with appliance repairs!
I was extremely offended, he was unprofessional, and we didn't get any help with the puddling of water on the floor. Will never call this company out again unfortunately. Edward showed up in his own personal jeep, unmarked, and in normal clothing, and his jeep was loaded with skeletons hanging all over it and a massive evil skull on the front, and one of the skeletons was a pink haired STRIPPER on a pole!!!!
