Julian is our pool service technician and always does a fantastic job. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and really knows how to keep our pool looking crystal clear. Our pool has never looked better and is always ready to enjoy, even during the hottest days. Without a doubt, this is the best pool service we’ve ever experienced. We truly appreciate the excellent care and attention to detail!
Malachi was assigned to take care of our pool equipment under warranty after we had some problems with the pool heater. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working right before finishing the job. Malachi also kept in touch with us after the repair to make sure everything was still running smoothly. The level of customer service was excellent. We will definitely keep using them for our pool service needs in North Hills.
