Shocked at the lack of skill and professionalism on the part of the office staff and anesthesiologist. Hate to leave a bad review, but feel it necessary to alert others, just a horrible I didn’t get feeling at the office gave an I didn’t gave a shit did you? experience.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about North Pointe! My 8-year-old son had elbow surgery and everyone there was absolutely awesome. I would recommend this surgery center to anyone needing surgery!
I had a wonderful experience at this facility. This was my first time getting surgery and I was very nervous. From the scheduling staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone was pleasant and very kind. My pre-op nurse, Gwen, was so sweet. She put my mind at ease. my post-op nurse was also very nice. The facility itself was clean and welcoming. I would 10/10 recommend this facility for surgeries.
Surgery was preformed at the Lebanon location. I cannot say enough how kind and understanding each employee was at that facility, from the check in , pre-op, post-op I felt very comfortable. The Surgical staff, and most importantly Dr. Hyatt we’re excellent! Even though I had a minor procedure, I was nervous, so Thank You Lebanon staff for guiding me through and making the day good experience, very much appreciated.
