The apartment community is quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The complex is located in a nice neighborhood, close to an elementary school and dog park! Update: This review above is how I felt when the management was completely different three years ago.

I live in this apartment complex now. I can't get the problem in my apartment fixed. My toilet is leaking, and because the dishwasher is leaking, the leolium on the floor swelled and then cracked and tore. I've been talking about my problem for a month now, but there's no result. Another problem is that I paid for the apartment on December 2 with a check, but the rent hasn't been paid yet, and today is already December 18.

I live here at the moment And I want to say that the office is doing its job very poorly… for two months in a row, I have problems in the apartment about which I have reported this to the office... they only feed me that they tomorrow will come … no action … , I am very dissatisfied with the management of this park!!! !

Soy una persona que en realidad trata de no dar molestias hasta que tengo una necesidad urgente.El refrigerador se descompuso y tengo alrededor de un mes esperando una respuesta, aunque voy una vez por semana o tal vez dos y llamo para preguntar que solucion me tienen las personas de la oficina me explican q la manager y los dueños no toman interes en las necesidades de los inquilinos.No deberia pasar estas situaciones puesto que uno da los pagos de la renta y cuida el apartamento.
