I lived here for a year Great place quite everyone sticks to themselves and if you have kids their is a school walking distance Staff was super friendly and helpful I moved because I worked in rocklin I moved to be closer to work especially with gas prices continuing to rise it was a must .
I am a current resident, moved here 6 months ago and I have experienced rude and entitled neighbors. Poor management never picking up the phone. Management open their office late and close the doors around 2:30. They sleep on your email and concerns. Roaches problem even though you keep your apartment clean. Save yourself a headache.
Worst of the Worst management The lady at the front desk Shein, she's super rude and horrible. They waist my time 2 weeks for application get approv, Then They said the department is not ready yet. Don't trap yourself, even the vendor he was complaining about them too.He said they don't pay them on time ...
the place is infested with cockroaches, rude neighbors and no maintenance team. They are backed up over 170 order for fixtures and whatever else.
