This review below was initially posted in May 2025. Karen reached out to me immediately and asked me to remove it and she said she would make sure things were taken care of. Got a super high quote. Found out they currently (Oct/Nov '25) have two open cases in Oakland county where North Pointe Painting and Carpentry are being sued. So it makes sense that they quote high to be able to pay for legal fees.
Highly do not recommend. Worst contractor experience ever! Should have researched before hiring them. Lots of red flags. The work completed was mediocre.
The painter did an excellent job. Calking was clean and tidy. The pant coverage was consistent. No overspray. The painters were respectful. I have no hesitation to recommend North Pointe.
The work was great and timely would highly recommend
