I attempted to use their automatics car wash 4/4/26 around 11:10am. chose the $14 option. It charged my card $10 and told me to move forward. It sprayed the tires and that was it. No car washed for sure! I sat there and waited and finally the front door opened and I drove out. I went around to see if maybe it would start again. No, it wanted me to re-enter my card info. The machine took my money And when we went to get it washed no water came out the machine and only the spinning things spun then they got stuck and did not move ! I try to call them repeatedly and they did NOT ANSWER they kept says voicemail box to full

Went to wash my car. Second time being at north pointe car wash with my 2024 Hyundai. First time went okay. Second time (this time) the machine took my money. I have repeatedly called the number provided. No answer and voicemail box is full. This establishment gets 0 out of 100 for me considering I can’t get ahold of anybody. I will no longer be a reoccurring customer until this is resolved. It was about $3 in change that was taken with no service provided. To start the machine it’s a minimum of $2.75.
