The machine took my money And when we went to get it washed no water came out the machine and only the spinning things spun then they got stuck and did not move ! I try to call them repeatedly and they did NOT ANSWER they kept says voicemail box to full
Took my money and didn’t wash my car except for the undercarriage spray. Booooo tomato tomato tomato
Went to wash my car. Second time being at north pointe car wash with my 2024 Hyundai. First time went okay. Second time (this time) the machine took my money. I have repeatedly called the number provided. No answer and voicemail box is full. This establishment gets 0 out of 100 for me considering I can’t get ahold of anybody. I will no longer be a reoccurring customer until this is resolved. It was about $3 in change that was taken with no service provided. To start the machine it’s a minimum of $2.75. Absolute garbage. Pulled in slowly, immediately directed me to back up. So I back up slowly and it never tells me to stop. Brushing arm hit my passenger mirror. Only got half of what I paid for. It stopped after washing. No rinse. No dryer. Zero instructions. POS.
