I saw something today that needs to be talked about, and was my final straw with this place. Earlier today, I saw one of the workers kill a bird that accidentally got in the building, with a broom. He smashed the broom down on the bird in the middle of the hallway, on a carpeted floor. There was a much more efficient way of getting the bird out of the building ALIVE, but the one worker decided to kill it. That is not the only issue I have with this place. I lived at the Vista Apartment in Euclid, Ohio for 2 years. I moved out in January 2025. Initially I rented a small 1 bedroom apartment. The first year was not bad. There was some questionable behaviors, but I upgraded my apartment and stayed an additional year. It seems like conditions got worse. The staff begin to dress in street clothes. The maintenance workers were not wearing their uniforms. They had on sneakers. People were loitering in the laundry room and leaving trash in the stairwell.
