The resident and staff were very friendly and the property manager Terra was very understanding to my unique circumstances as a college coach. Great view in the apartment I had and if my career brings me back to the cleveland area would definitely rent from them again.
I started the application process to get apartment. I wasn't approved for 2bdrm but was approved for 1bdrm @895 a month. I specifically asked for the apt # I wanted. I dropped deposit and before signing anything I needed the sqft of apt as the rent went from 895 to 875 to 845. I was told it was the smallest 1bdrm they have. I was approved for 895 a month. I repeat and repeat this place is a total disaster the leasing office team scams for rent and try to fake eviction threats wen things don’t go they way roach infested rats in the basement they move anyone in this building the police is always here day and night The laundry rooms are grossly nowhere to park people post up all night that don’t live here taking up residence parking they don’t fix anything everything gets replaced with old outdated appliances mold is everywhere they paint over the mold tbh I rather b homeless be... read more

Roaches, leaks and trash covering the floors. Break ins, car theft and everything else you can imagine. Dog feces on elevators all the time along with urine. Elevators frequently dont work. Parking garage doors are always left open. The doors no longer move based on motion or a key card they are just open 24/7. This is a total lack of security. Raccoons living in the ceiling of the garage and frequently saw them. Also water damage all the time in the lower levels. Would not recommend
