Roaches, leaks and trash covering the floors. Break ins, car theft and everything else you can imagine. Dog feces on elevators all the time along with urine. Elevators frequently dont work. Parking garage doors are always left open. The doors no longer move based on motion or a key card they are just open 24/7. This is a total lack of security. Raccoons living in the ceiling of the garage and frequently saw them. Also water damage all the time in the lower levels. Would not recommend
I moved back to Cleveland around 2018 and The vista was my first apartment coming back, I've since been gone about 2 years now. Everyone has there own experience and this is mine. First, it was one of the most inexpensive places that came with all it did (free parking, on-site laundry, on site maintenance, a fitness center, and on-site convenience store.
