This is a nice community with a fairly broad demographic. I like that there are young people / families here as well as people more my age (I'm turning 60 soon). There are a lot of dog owners too (I have a small dog) which is nice.
I have lived here sence November, (2024) and I have met some wonderful people. The ladies in the office are there when you need anything. They take very good care of me and Samson (my dog).
We toured with Tangie who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly and honest and answered all of my questions. The complex is well maintained, lawn care done on a consistent schedual, friendly and respectful neighbors. Great maintenance. Lindsey the last property manager does a fantastic job. I feel valued as a resident here. I am so thankful to be here. It is a 100 times better here then at my previous Edward Rose complex.
What other apartment communities do you know of that nearly every resident waves or smiles when you walk or drive by? Not many, and we’ve lived in quite a few. The environment here is warm, and the location is perfect. Tangie and Lindsey were great with the leasing process.
When I first moved here 5 years ago it was a Great place to live. I can't say that anymore. I'm so tired of the noisy people and nothing is being done abt it. I've talked to the office but nothing. I can't come home to peace and quiet after work anymore for all the bumping on walls and loud music through out the evening into the late night hours. Everyday non-stop. It's not FAIR to me. My day starts at 3:50 am everyday. My last option is to contact corporate. I pay too much money to have to live like this. I'm always conside... read more
