Big fan of the crowd here, lived here since 2023. Lonnie, the maintenance guy, has been everything I've needed him to be when I need him to be it. Lindsey and Tangie in the office have worked with me to keep things moving forward when issues arose. Meijer is right next door and I'm in a nice place for a run after work or a late night/weekend longboard cruise. Apartamentos muy buenos pero las personas de la oficina no son muy buenas . Y cuando entregas la renta siempre ponen algún problema en la renta para no darte el donpaimer . Y no revisan la casa con uno en persona para después por cualquier cosa quitarte el dinero de depósito .
I lived at North Pointe Apartments for several years with my two young kids, and it was an incredible experience. The community was welcoming, well-maintained, and truly felt like home. The office staff were always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Lindsey and Tangie for consistently going above and beyond.
