No matter what you do. Dont pick the apartment next to the basketball court all the way to the back. Its loud and party across the street will make you crazy.
IF YOU'RE MILITARY BEWARE!!!! This company and complex will wring every cent they can from you. From arguing your deployment orders, to tacking on charges after leaving so they can claim your safety deposit. They will take your entire deposit so they can use it to "Revamp" your old apartment. Whether that's lying about pet damages on carpets, or in my friends case stating you broke appliances after you put in work orders for help. UPDATE: Not even 12 hours after posting this review Management has retaliated and had our vehicle towed. Instead of taking responsibility for being a horrible management team and having my AC fixed, they sent a tow company to come get our car at 5 o’clock in the morning. Please don’t move here. We have put in 6 maintenance requests in regard to our AC unit and have been in constant contact with the leasing staff. They expect residents to live in high temperatures and provide no real resolutions. When we first moved in there were holes in the walls that weren’t documented by the leasing office. I can go on and on about how horrible management is here. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!
Do not even consider living in these apartments! The worst experience I’ve ever had. We have lived here the past 9 months and have had the most issues with this place. First of all, they never turned on our water heater until about 2 months ago so we were running off of cold water. We have had so many bugs. Now my washer is broken and smells burnt and I called front desk and MIND YOU NOT I AM 8 MONTHS PREGNANT and it is making me sick but I can’t leave because we have the inspection today so we can get the hell out of here A... read more
