I would have given a higher rating prior to beginning the move out process. I had a pre-move out inspection. Everyone should understand they will try to fleece you when you move out. I am being told that I am going to be charged to repaint these walls that look exactly like they did when I moved in because I am rarely in this place due to the nature of my job, and the fact that I travel to my home in another state for 3.5 days a week. Very nice area and the better place to live in all of Vacaville. It has many great qualities such as a pool, gym and more on site. The property manager is the sweetest, most knowledgeable, and the best person to ever approach with questions or concerns about almost anything. Highly recommend apartment property
DO NOT LIVE HERE. This apartments complex will charge you astronomical fees when you leave.
