Management is poor, my sister applied last year and finally got a call to be approved, the lady tammeca denied her for no reason, she didn’t have any evictions on her background or anything! She wanted her to pay of a 280 cox debt before approval which is illegal!
North Pointe has been wonderful. The ladies in the office are great, and for anyone upset at how hard it is to reach them, remember how many properties they manage. They do a lot, and as long as you are being a good neighbor, not disturbing anyone, being respectful to the hardworking maintenance guys that come and fix your stuff, and paying rent on time you will be just fine here.
