Friendly, honest staff. The Avalon was the best pontoon out of all the ones we researched and drove.
June 2026- My boat cover failed so I called North Point and once again, they came through. The got me a new boat cover under warranty. Brian Whitten again went above & beyond in his customer service. He brought the cover out and installed it. What a great boat dealership!! I bought a 25' Avalon pontoon here back in Jan 2021. With the cold weather, I only took it out a couple of times. 5-star service...to say the least!!!! Dave, Michelle and the entire North Point team helped me source a LilyPad ladder and replaced it on my Harris Floteboat and we absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Dave took the extra time to make sure it would mount property into the frame and took extra care to hide any of the previous holes he could. I have been a customer at North point Watersports since 2022 when we bought our boat from Brian, the Salesman. We developed a great relationship over the past few years. Dave and Michele have always treated me like family. All of the team there goes above and beyond what anyone would typically expect.
