Roberto and his crew replaced the roof on my house and garage, including replacing the old plywood with OSB and reinforcing a cracked rafter. The work was done on time, high quality and at a very competitive price. Roberto was always responsive to phone calls and texts.
The skill and promptness surpassed everything that I’d hoped for. The workers were polite and worked hard to complete this job. They managed to complete it before we had a terrible rainstorm. Thank goodness for this company.. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a roof done. They are reasonable and honest.
I totally recommend these guys. They are reasonably priced and offer great service. My elderly parents needed a large detached rv garage reroofed. They didn't want to use the company that had done their home a few years earlier due to very poor communication and not showing up as agreed. I highly recommend North Point Roofing. I called them because I knew I needed new rain gutters and the flashing around my chimney repaired. Roberto and his brother came by the same day I called and inspected my roof and gutters. They told me that the shingles are in good condition but my roof was not vented. They explained why the vent is important for the house and extending the life of the shingles. North Pointe Roofing did a job on a rental I own, they met me for an estimate the same day I called and completed the job as agreed in less than a week from our first meeting. It was a carport roof, so a smaller job, but it was done before the first company I called got back to me with their estimate. Highly recommend Roberto!
