Came here because Southeastern Lung Care abruptly shut down. I needed my prescription for Zepbound refilled because I was on my second to last dose for the month. Saw Dr. Lee, who refilled my inhalers and put in a refill for my Zepbound. Referred me to Dr. Wu for sleep. What good are portals if no one looks at them or takes 3 days to answer any requests? I needed a med refill. After 3 days of no response, I gave up and went to my PCP for the med I needed. Also, I tried to call the Cumming location. Recording said the office was closed DURING OFFICE HOURS. I call the Alpharetta office back and say "the Cumming office is closed." They call the Cumming location, call me back and say "they're open," try it now. I call the Cumming location again. Same recording. "The office is closed." BYE!

I had the opportunity to meet one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever encountered—Dr. Mahmood. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s rare to find someone in the medical field who takes their time, makes sure you fully understand what’s going on, asks thoughtful questions, and then patiently listens to yours. I had a great visit to North Point Pulmonary Associates today. Front office greeted me with smiles and kindness. The nurses were very supportive when I did my breathing test, on even cheered me on to keep blowing out all of my air. Dr. Mahmood was super nice and listened to my concerns then asked questions to fully understand my situation. Then he explained what he thought was going on and then suggested a treatment plan. He answered all of my questions and was very supportive.
