Megan Penner is absolutely amazing! She took the time and actually listened to my concerns and how I wanted to be treated as a patient. Amberly is pretty great as well.
They got me in with Megan in less than 48 hours. I needed a PCP and was very concerned about some issues. Megan sat with me for what seemed like forever and I am so grateful. We went through every concern I had step by step and talked in detail. She helped me either get appointments for all issues or get a referral for issues they don't practice in. Im super excited to finally take care of me! Megan is amazing! She listens and doesnt judge and thats exactly what I needed.

They seemed fine at first. Then one day I was griping about my insurance company and the desk person wasn’t paying attention and misunderstood what I was saying. I said something bad about my insurance company. And she decided I was picking on the doctors office. I wasn’t. And when Amberle showed up and said over and over 8 different times what a bad person I was. It really threw me for a loop. I’ve never been attacked like that in a professional office before.
