Terrible customer service from office staff. Dr. Campbell was wonderful, but it was very common to be in the office 2+ hours for visits due to long wait lines.
I could not be more happy with choosing this practice for my boys. We see Dr. Campbell and Dr. Cabrera as their pcp's and they are God sends. I am convinced that Dr. Cambell may have even saved my oldest from a terrible outcome a few years ago thanks to always taking her time and knowing him so well. I've recommend This practice to two other families and they also could not be happier. Love this place and all its staff!!!!❤️❤️❤️
Office staff difficult to work with, Dr Cabrera is a nice doctor however he never spent much time with my children and I felt rushed.
We could not have asked for a better place to take our kids. My sister recommend North Point Pediatrics when we first moved down here from North Carolina last year. We absolutely love the staff and Dr. Stephansson. You will not regret coming to this doctors office!
