My son has been a patient of Dr Kilgore at North Point for several years. We have had a great experience until now. He hasn't needed to go into her office in a while because he gets annual cleanings at school. He recently went to the Ortho and needs a fused tooth removed before getting braces. They are telling me they cant get him in until NOVEMBER. It is currently APRIL. Wow!
Hands down, we had the most amazing experience! Everyone was super kind. This is a place where you can tell the employees truly love children. They explained everything they were doing and how future appointments will look. I will recommend this place to anyone who will listen!
We love this dentist 🦷 they are special needs friendly and even when closed on weekends they are still available for emergencies. They have arcade games for the kiddos and walk you through the treatment plan.
Dental assistants and Dentists are kind, great and professional. May need to re-train the front desk staff on customer service skills or how to speak with more empathy, and watch their tone when they speak to parents/customers. Call around other dental offices to learn a few things. The more you know.
