Best Dentist's Office Ever ! North Point Dental has friendly, attentive staff who know me by name and go out of their way to make me feel I'm in the right place. My dentist, Dr. Haslam is above all else, caring and kind. He makes sure I know all my options and is willing to take the time needed to ensure I understand the benefits of the choices presented. I have had multiple pleasant experiences during my visits to North Point dental. The front desk officers have been incredibly welcoming and friendly. Their smiles and attention makes me feel special. I can't speak highly enough of this group, and by group, I mean EVERYONE! From the top to the bottom, every single staff member at this business is wonderful. The dental care is top notch, not over the top with treatment plans at all, and they listen and absolutely address any concerns you have. I've been a patient here with my entire family for many years now. I can't even name one person without naming them all because they truly are that wonderful!
Highly recommend North Point Dental Group. Both Dr Swensen and Dr Haslam are top notch professionals with a caring approach. The assistants and hygienists are also great to work with. Very friendly and professional. Front office staff is welcoming and knowledgeable about scheduling and insurance questions. Overall a very positive experience - almost makes going to the dentist something to look forward to!
